Safety, Academics top parent’s preference while searching for schools

Go4Reviews in association with SchoolBrainer had run a month long online survey seeking parents views about the parameters that are most significant to them while searching for schools for their children.

More than 600 parents, most of them from Delhi NCR participated in the Survey. The parents shared the parameter that they feel is most important while identifying a school. Child Safety topped the list closely followed by Academics. Security and Individual attention to the child were the other major concerns.  Brand Name and Infrastructure were the least important parameters defining parents choice for schools of their choice.

It is evident that more and more parents are getting aware of the nuances associated with Child safety arrangements in place in schools. During Go4Reviews’s last year Survey, Academics had topped the chart followed by Co-curricular activities. Interestingly, Brand Name as a parameter has lost the shine it enjoyed in last year’s Survey.
