Transfer charges for group housing flats in Noida

Post registry of a flat, any transfer of a group housing flat invites transfer charges that need to be paid to the registrar office.

Transfer charge by default is 5 % of allotment rate for the plot. The allotment rate is different from circle rate. Allotment rate defines the rate at which authority allots the plot to the said beneficiary.

      Yes Sulabh, problem is it is not something derived or defined by any byelaws or rules. But, we will study the trend and hopefully put something on that.
