Alternate curriculum options in Noida extension schools
There are around 30 plus established public/private schools in Noida extension. Academics still happens to be the most important parameter for the parents of the region. CBSE board is pretty much the most widely accepted curriculum by parents. In Noida extension (Greater noida west), so far, every school follows CBSE curriculum. However, from this year onwards, we are also seeing additional alternate curriculum options in Noida extension schools.
Generally, ICSE, IGCSE (Cambridge) and IB are other boards that schools follow. As of Feb 2024 however, there are no schools having ICSE or IB as the curriculum. Still, some schools have in 2023-24 got affiliated to Cambridge curriculum. Some schools are provisionally following the curriculum indicating they would be affiliated soon. Cambridge, along with IB is the most sought after by parents looking to send their child to foreign countries for higher studies. Lets see which all schools have multiple curriculum options in Noida extension:

Can we expect any IB school also in Noida extension/ Greater Noida west
How is cambridge if i want my child to study abroad after 12th. Is IB better or cambridge? pls tell
IB is usually preferred by those wanting their child to study in USA and Cambridge by those who prefer UK. Take your pick.
Providing options for choosing curriculum is a very good step.
Thanks. Which of these is the best option for Cambridge?
