    can u please tel me on what basis/factors you are estimating the prices for the next 2-3 years from now specially in case of sector-129, jaypee wishtown klassics.

      Thanks for writing to us. 1) Number of flats (going to be a significant price check factor), 2) Average appreciation of 8% in real estate since last 2 years, 3) Quality (Average but better than many), 4) Jaypee Maintenance standards and 5) Location.
      All the rates are based on a standardized formula driven on above parameters.

    Where do you advise us to invest at this time, if it’s going to be purely for investment.location can also be any of noida , extension, expressway, Siddharth vihar gzb or any other with time horizon of 4years. Looking for subvention scheme preferably.
    I have shortlisted Gaye Saundaryam, unnati aranya , Aig park avenue new towers, samridhi grand avenue, shree Radha sky garden, Aarcity regency park GC2, ajnara sports city knowledge park 5 ,ajnara. Ambrosia .logic zest . Or you would advise to wait n let the rates fall.

      While most of our readers are prospective property buyers, we dont hesitate to state that Property is not the right mode of investment at this point. The year on year gain is not expected to be more than 10% unless the location and builder credential is excellent like ATS, Ashiana or Stellar. If your options are limited and you do want to proceed with the given choices, ajnara sports city or Gaur Saundaryam could be a better bet. However, we suggest prefer something on expressway in soft launch if you can extend your budget.

      You may try Gulshan Botnia. But make sure you crosscheck land title through RTI/through builder records.

    Hello sir, how do you consider Himalaya Pride, 130 mtr expressway facing unit.. I am getting at Rs. 2800 AI in 40:30;30. Request for urgent reply… thanks

      Hi, industrial area is just on front of it. just behind is agricultural land that may get converted to another residential in future. The builder is average and new. Hence, credentials cant be verified.
