With Shriram Aravali and Heritage Experiential announcing admissions for next session, process for school admissions in Gurgaon for 2024-25 has begun. Delayed by a bit this year compared to last year, this initiates months long process of applying, waiting for interview/interaction call and then finally completing the formalities. Students compete with their luck and talent to compete for getting into the best of the schools. Out of more than 400 schools, 30-40 schools are the most sought after year after year. Few of the schools in gurgaon are strictly following 3+ years age criteria as at 31st Mar 24 for Nursery admissions & few schools are giving relaxation of 1 month. Is this relation given by NEP 2020 ? Can there be any problem with child in future if child is few days short of 3 years as at 31st Mar 2024 & one gets admission for Nursery in school where relation of 1 month is offered ?
I am contemplating between salwan and dav14 for my child for nursery admissions. Which one should I go for as per you. Which will offer more individual attention of the two. Thanks.
DAV14 is far better however both have issues with individual attention. More exposure to inter school activities is offered in DAV14 and results are good too.
What is parent’s view on kunspaskolan international. Kuns dlf I heard is nice but not much on international branch feedback
School is good but they go overboard on certain things like tab based education. there is some improvement this year because we have followed this up with school. if you are the one after board results, this is not the right choice.
How is DAV sector 14?
Good for academics and if child gets teacher’s attention, also good for co curricular development. But chances of getting individual attention is very low in the school

Good if you want individual attention. Initially they were quite receptive to feedback, not any longer. Having said that, academics is average but overall exposure that they give to kid is good, both to screens and outer world i mean 😁
How is shikshantar versus shiv Nadar in your view for nursery admissions?
Both have issues with transition between 5th and 6th class but its smoother in shikshantar. Results wise, Shiv nadar is better
My daughter is 5 years old and we are getting transferred from Bangalore. Looking for a school where Hindi is not a compulsory subject.
Kunspaskolan is a good choice
Heritage or Kuns are good for your requirement
My son studies in shikshantar so I think I am qualified to respond to this. It’s a really good school for pre and primary classes. Becomes a tad difficult during transition from 6th to 8th but then again children get adjusted and perform reasonably well in board exams
