Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to share my feedback regarding the Integrated Learning Program (ILP) conducted in collaboration with VMC at your institution.
While I appreciate the intent behind introducing an integrated coaching model, my experience with the program has been quite disappointing. The execution of the ILP appears to lack proper structure and alignment with students’ academic needs. There seems to be an imbalance between school curriculum delivery and the additional VMC coaching content, which often leads to unnecessary academic pressure rather than meaningful learning.
Furthermore, the coordination between school faculty and VMC instructors does not seem to be well synchronized. This has resulted in overlapping topics, inconsistent teaching methodologies, and confusion among students. The pace of instruction is often either too rushed or inadequately explained, leaving many students struggling to keep up.
Another concern is the limited scope for individual attention. Given the demanding nature of such integrated programs, students require personalized guidance, which currently appears insufficient. Additionally, the feedback and doubt-clearing mechanisms are not as effective or accessible as expected.
Overall, while the concept of the ILP program is promising, its current implementation falls short of delivering the desired academic outcomes and student support. I hope the school administration will take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the structure, coordination, and student-centric approach of the program.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am compelled to share my concerns regarding the overall functioning of the school, as my experience has been consistently disappointing across multiple areas.
Firstly, the academic standards do not align with the expectations set by the institution. The teaching approach often lacks clarity, structure, and consistency, leaving students struggling to fully grasp concepts. There appears to be insufficient attention toward ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Administrative efficiency is another major concern. Communication is frequently delayed, unclear, or poorly coordinated, making it difficult for parents to stay informed. Queries and concerns raised are either not addressed adequately or take an unreasonable amount of time to receive any response, reflecting a lack of accountability.
While the school infrastructure may appear adequate, its management and upkeep leave much to be desired. Facilities are not always maintained or utilized effectively, which impacts the overall learning environment.
Student well-being and individual attention also seem to be overlooked. There is a noticeable lack of personalized support, and concerns related to student development, discipline, and emotional well-being are not handled with the seriousness they deserve.
Extracurricular activities and co-curricular programs, which are essential for holistic development, appear limited in quality and organization. Opportunities for students to explore their talents and interests are not sufficiently encouraged or executed.
Overall, there is a significant gap between the standards the school claims to uphold and the actual experience delivered. The environment feels disorganized, unresponsive, and lacking in commitment toward continuous improvement.
I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken constructively and leads to meaningful changes. At present, the experience has been far from satisfactory.
School needs to focus on retaining teachers and paying them well
School used to charge corporates for its school ground and also charges development fees from students. What???
This was a good school only if there was a proven academician as it’s principal. School needs to understand the importance of having an experienced person for the same
They are charging 9.5 thousand for primary classes stationary. Sad to see such behavior during these times.
Was really disappointed with the school after initial experimentation. While the school is very good with exposure to sports, it loses out on other factors. It only tries to get credit via the children who are good English speakers by virtue of their parents. Only Nalini mam is good. But then many good teachers left the school. Not sure how children are coping up with frequent teacher changes.
They won’t do much on parents concern. We had issues with teacher who look inexperienced to handle student issue but nothing done by management.
They originally had a good coordinator in Ratna mam but since she left, there is no one hearing parent’s concern.
You are absolutely bang on about the experience.ce with front desk. She is very rude. The other one is good though. This has been brought to notice of Principal but again no progress.
The staff is hardworking. However principal has less previous experience in similar level job. Parents need to be heard for school to progress which is not completely happening. Also one front desk staff is very rude.
They need to focus more on higher class academics else faith will decrease. And their principal needs to change.
They need to change the principal and get some experienced one in.
Go for the school of extra Co-curricular is your priority.
School has caliber to do well. Good infra, good co-curricular and extra curricular options. But where it lacks is a direction of being a brand.
JBM or GD Goenka Global school in Sector 50, please advice for Grade 2.
JBM is nothing great but at least better than GD Goenka
Thanks Kalpana. This helps. I am Pressed with time now, any other options along expressway you would suggest. I have been to Sommerville International,SBS,Shiv Nadar and tbey dont have availability. DPS,Genesis and Pathways are not my options. Thanks again!
Try jaypee public school, mayoor as well along with jbm. if you have budget, try shriram millennium.
First of all, they should have a principal with strong educational experience. Only schools that have teachers with strong background and experience excel in long run. Thats the reason, Gyanshree grew more than JBM in just couple of years.
My child goes to the school. They need to improve the teacher standards especially for senior classes.
Thanks for a detailed information
