Service Tax calculator for an under construction property

We have previously discussed about the various heads under which service tax is due for an under construction property here.

We received numerous requests for a ready to use calculator that can calculate service tax for an under construction property.

We have put some efforts to come up with a calculator that can help you calculate the service tax for an under-construction flat or floor or plot or villa without going into nitty-gritty of calculations.

Please specify the amount under different heads (please note that few amounts have to be supplied in per sq ft while others have to be specified in Rs as they are generally not dependent on flat size). The service tax field at the bottom would be auto-calculated based on your inputs.
