In this third part of the series of survey findings, we bring to you the most common and prominent issues faced by buyers in newly delivered project.
The survey was conducted among more than 400 plus owners of recently delivered projects. Out of these 400 odd buyers, around 25 % had no major issue to report.
For the rest, Maintenance standards and ongoing construction were the paramount concern.
