Amazon Diwali Dhamaka Week – 10th to 16th October

After a rather sedate show by Flipkart on 6th October, here comes another heavily promoted festive sale period offer this time by Amazon.

It is learnt from an Amazon employee that post Flipkart’s inability to handle unexpectedly heavy load on the 6th of this month, Amazon has commissioned at least 10 more high on memory servers to handle peak load scenarios during their sale period.
With a view to outclass Flipkart on Deals, Amazon has the festive offer period spread across a full week.
Amazon is promoting this as Amazon Diwali Dhamaka Week.
