Under-construction projects are fast loosing favor of buyers in Noida and Greater Noida region. Buyers are skeptic owing to builder malpractices and the over-supply of ready to move flats has further led to investors keeping distance. In such a disappointing environment however, projects by good builders are still recording far better sales and have been successful in generating some enthusiasm. We discuss some of the upcoming projects in Noida and Greater Noida from few decent builders that are eagerly awaited.
- Godrej’s project in sector 150: As per a PTI report in January this year, Godrej is expected to come up with a project in sector 150 in association with Lotus greens. The project is expected to come up on a 36 acre land parcel and will consist of high rises. Godrej was last year claimed to be entering into association with another real estate player viz. Logix group but the talks seemed to have been futile. Expected base price at launch will be between 4.5k to 5k.
- Purvanchal’s project in sector 48 and/or sector 150: This is certain that Purvanchal is expected to come up with a project in Noida. But, whether it will be sector 48 or sector 150 is still a question. If it happens to be sector 48, it is expected to be a small project.Expected base price at launch for sector 48 will be between 5.5.k to 6k. If it happens to be sector 150, the base price will be between 4.5k to 5k.
- Godrej’s project in Noida extension: Godrej has partnered with AR infrastructure for a 100 acre gold centric township. This is expected to come up in sector 27 of Greater Noida. It would consist of both apartments and villas. Expected base price for apartments would be around 4k.
- Tata housing’s project in sector 150: The possibility of this project coming up is still infancy. Tata was in talks with Logix group previously for an association but things do not seem to have fallen in place so far. The project is expected to come up in sector 150 if it does. Expected base price would be around 4.5k.
