Connecting homebuyers series part 4: Calling all home buyers of Supertech Golf country Yamuna expressway to safeguard their property

“Dear all home buyers of Supertech Golf country Yamuna expressway, if you own a flat, villa or plot in Supertech Golf country / Supertech Golf village / Supertech Golf lands, this is a matter of urgency and your immediate attention is sought for your own good. As part of insolvency proceedings, all home buyers need to submit their claims with Interim resolution professional (IRP). If you don’t do so, your rights to your property may be in jeopardy especially if you don’t have a registered property. A case in point is that of Amrapali where home buyers who didn’t file claims assuming its not required are potentially in danger of losing their units (read more information about this here at https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/india/amrapali-project-sell-flats-of-buyers-not-turning-up-for-possession-says-sc/articleshow/117091961.cms). Many such home buyers are now pillar to pillar and fighting in court to get their claims filed. Hence, to avoid such circumstances, its better to file claims at the earliest for homebuyers.
