Shiv Nadar School Noida is a K12 education initiative by the philanthropic Shiv Nadar Foundation. We began operations in the session 2012-13 and currently run academic program for grades Nursery to XII.
While adhering to the curricular framework as laid out by the CBSE, we try and evolve a child centric methodology of teaching, where the natural creativity and learning capability of students are recognized and nurtured. We visualize our children as fertile minds capable of not merely receiving knowledge, but also constructing it. The pedagogic techniques followed at our school hence comprise of teacher-student engagement in a joyful atmosphere where comprehension and evolution of knowledge patterns happens as a collective activity. We stress on not just the intellectual, but also physical, emotional and social growth of a child, achieved by involving him in a variety of carefully thought out activities. In order to be able to achieve all our said objectives, we adopt an extended daily programme, which runs from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm for Classes 1 and upwards.
Research shows that teachers are the most important in-school factor in a child’s education; that is why it is our topmost priority to ensure we have the best teachers. Not only do we ensure we recruit the most able candidates through a rigorous selection process, we invest thoroughly in training and development programs for our teachers to ensure that their professional and personal growth receives continuous attention. We also maintain an ideal student-teacher ratio to ensure personalized attention to students.
The core philosophy guiding the school is that of ‘Education for Life’. We guide our students to become lifelong learners, equipping them with all skills needed battle the various degrees of challenges posed by life.

The school lays immense focus on co-curricular and extra curricular activities. English speaking is another aspect they are prominently focusing on. It is one of the best new age schools in the region. The school has also done well in board results in year 2019-2020.

I agree to the last comment about some let downs with the school. However it is still among top 5 school on eway.
The school is losing some of its sheen which it generated after showcasing its unique teaching methodologies. But now parents seem to be unhappy with kids progress when compared to other schools. School needs to look into balanced curriculum.
Hard working staff coupled with a very focussed education group. the school is ever improving. but it seriously missed a good outdoor infra.
School lays lot of focus on improvement on co-curricular extra-curricular activities in primary school years.
Very different approach to schooling. They help bring confidence to kids. As a parent, I am satisfied. Costly though.
Infra is a problem however ample opportunity for kids to explore their sport or other interests
The principal is very strong taskmaster. This one is as good as Gurgaon school.
Truly modern school. Lot of stress on an individual strength and good involvement of parents.
Senior staff is good. however results were just ok when compared to other schools.
Less focus on academics till class V. But enough exposure to co and extra curricular activities till class V.
