Before you read the complete list of Best schools in Faridabad 2018, it is important that parents realize that there is no binary in school education system. A school can not be simply classified as good or bad just because a survey comes up with particular perception of the school. A lot depends upon the kid’s upbringing prior to schooling and a lot depends upon the kid himself/herself. At the same time, before searching for a school, clarity of thoughts is essential. Answers to these questions are a must have: Do you feel the child is smart and confident enough and only needs a right academic direction? Do you feel all that the child needs is to grow in confidence? Do you feel child needs to find a career in sports or other extra co-curricular opportunities? Do you feel you can put the extra hard work by taking your kid to coaching/training in sports/music etc. during non-school hours? or Do you feel the child needs to have a strong like minded company? If you have answers to all these questions, this Survey could help you since we divide a particular School’s rating based on individual parameters and then we come up with overall ratings based on a well researched weightage given to these parameters.
This year, along with SchoolBrainer, we researched around 60 schools in Faridabad. Ratings for few of these schools are primarily based on lineage, prospective parent’s feedback, planned/current infrastructure and submitted survey form, if applicable.
This year, we have re-adjusted our calculation of overall ratings for the school. We have taken 20% of Academics, 20% of Safety/Security and 20% of Individual attention to child as key parameters for overall ratings. These parameters are given highest weightage based on an online Survey we had run 3 months back. Other than these parameters, 15% of Co-curricular, 10% of Extra-curricular and 5% each of ‘Parents-Teacher Interaction’, ‘Infrastructure’ and ‘Teacher Welfare’ have been considered. The Survey for best schools in Faridabad 2018 took the following into consideration:
- Ratings/Reviews for schools given at individual school links given at https://go4reviews.in/2016/12/survey-of-faridabad-schools-2016-2017/
- Survey form submitted by schools (only around 20 of 60 schools didn’t respond to requests and for such cases, the weight-age of consideration # 3 was extended)
- Parents Feedback and Desk Survey
- SchoolBrainer’s Social Sentiment Analytics
‘Survey Form’ and ‘Parents Feedback and Desk Survey’ constituted 30% each while ‘Online Survey’ and ‘Social Analytics’ constituted 20% each.
The schools were surveyed on following parameters:
- Academics – Defined by principal/headmistress/academic coordinator lineage, average experience level of teachers, criteria for employment.
- Individual attention to child – Defined by Student Teacher Ratio, Parents Feedback.
- Safety/Security – Defined by Safety measures at Gates, CCTVs, Number of Floors, flooring/pool/play area safety, Bus safety standards, Parents Feedback.
- Infrastructure – Defined by facilities/amenities and quality of infra.
- Parents involvement – Defined by PTMs, Number of Events where parents are invited, Parents Feedback.
- Co-curricular -Defined by Intra and Inter school Events conducted, Parents Feedback.
- Extra curricular -Defined by Intra and Inter school Events conducted, Association with Play academies, Play area infra, Parents Feedback.
- Teacher Welfare -Number of holidays for teachers, average working hours, Teacher Welfare Survey feedback.
Note: The collective points were rounded off to nearest multiple of 5. Where the Total points for two or more schools were same, Schools that rank high on Academics was ranked higher overall.

Dynasty is one of the best school in Faridabad and Pre Schools in Faridabad, which offer programs for elementary kindergarten education, child development, colorful environment for the children.
DPS 81 is different from usual DPS schools. Modern infra, more open and approachable staff. DPS 98 on other hand looks typical again.
How is Kalka public school in sector 76?
I have got average reviews from some parents of wards studying there. Main concern is teacher quality.

Gentry is quite good in KR Mangalam school. Academics is average for now. Unless they poach experienced staff from other schools, it will remain so.

Manaskriti is quite good for overall development. Decent acads, good exposure to co-curricular and extra curricular activities. please note some infrastructure is under development.
I have got good reviews about both manaskriti and Shriram millennium. TSMS is bit costly. Is manaskriti as good?
Yes, Manaskriti is good. Also, a bit less fees, DPS next to it is also good. Also MVN school is coming with another branch. All these are good options
How is Delhi scholars international school?
Try TSMS, Manaskriti and DPS international are good. If fees is an issue and you are ok with orthodox teaching, peter convent can also be tried.
How is SRS international school for admission to class nursery. I stay in SRS society obly.
Not suggested since there are lot of better schools nearby. TSMS, Manaskriti and DPS international are good.

Teachers are being recruited from DPS as well. So, faculty shall be good. Initially feedback is average especially on individual attention

Many schools are still accepting. Try MRIS, TSMS, Shiv nadar.
I am confused between manaskriti and KR Mangalam,infra of both of which is under development. Please advise prospective parents if any.
Manaskriti is quite a new concept and we really liked it as parents. KR Mangalam is still recruiting. Can’t say much.

MRIS or Eicher. Both are good in or around surajkund
I was trying for modern DPS but couldn’t make it. Now looking for alternative which is equivalent to the school and nearby.
Go for TSMS or shiv Nadar. All round development and proven teaching methodology.

We have tried to get our daughter admitted to DPS 19 but failed. Since we stay in neharpar side, we are now thinking of between DPS 98 and DPS 81. How and which one shall we choose. Need help and suggestions from existing parents of 81 if any.
How is DPS 98? They are offering some discounts this year and I am keen on DPS. Please suggest.
It is only its first year. Because of competition from 81 branch, it is expected to take more time to establish. Better try 81 first.
Some parents state that apeejay is no more the same quality as many teachers have moved out. What’s your say on this.
No doubt there is degradation especially in junior classes. Lot of traditional teaching by otherwise inexperienced staff. Unfortunately, nothing improved last year. Now it is facing stiff competition from New schools.

Manaskriti no doubt shall be preferred here. A new school with innovative teaching and hardworking teachers. The leadership is also strong.

Arguably the best school in Faridabad, modern DPS hasn’t been at the same mark as it used to be after tsms and shiv Nadar have come up nearby. Which one of these 3 is better as per you.
TSMS is the best and also ranks among top 30 schools in India. Followed by Shiv Nadar followed by modern DPS.

Depends where are you shifting in Faridabad. There are many good schools in the region for senior classes. Try Modern DPS, DPS19, MVN depending upon whats near to your place
I am really in need of suggestion here. Shall I go for traditional school like Eicher or look for something like MRIS. Both are not very far from my place.
Eicher provides decent exposure to sports. If your interest is in Co-curricular, go for MRIS. Acads wise both are similar.

Exposure wise, both TSMS and DPS sector 81 are similar. But TSMS teachers take keen interest in individuals and they ensure at least one interest of child is being pursued other than studies. they are building more confident people

Manaskriti has a very good infra and senior teachers are good and junior ones a bit inexperienced but still hardworking nonetheless. The fees is on higher side but children look confident.
Yes, its a very good school. Lot of exposure to the kids. Faculty is decent.

If you want individual attention, choose DPS 81. Elese, Modern DPS is more established and good in academics.

There are at least 6-7 better schools in the region. Go for them.
