Delhi Public School, Knowledge Park-V, is the 12th Core school under the DPS Society, New Delhi, (to be affiliated with CBSE) was given shape and form, under the visionary guidance of Shri V. K Shunglu, Chairman, The DPS Society. Its inception took place in DPS Greater Noida under the care and guidance of the Principal, Mrs Renu Chaturvedi. With its formal genesis in April 2016, the first batch of admissions were welcomed in the new fledgling school which was nestled in the warm, secure and enriching environment of the parent school. The school continued to be operational from these premises for four years in which the students and the staff were introduced to the DPS culture and holistic quality education, which is a hallmark of Delhi Public Schools.
The newly constructed campus awaits its family of sprightly students and dedicated staff. Spread over 7 acres of land, the fully air-conditioned school is equipped with state of the art facilities that include, among other things, a swimming pool, courts for playing outdoor sports, a gym , as well as activity rooms for Art, Dance and Music. The school curriculum balances the pursuit of academics with co-scholastic activities while providing children the necessary exposure to foreign languages and exchange programmes. Nestled in the vicinity of the HRDC of the DPS Society which is the nerve centre of research and training programmes, the school will be the seeding ground for the best practices in the field of education.

The school was so far being run from Gamma. The school in KP V started from 2019-2020 session. The DPS Society HRD Office is also right next to the school implying a possibly decent staff. Likely to face stiff competition from DPWS and Ryan both of which are strong on academics/faculty.

Individual attention is an issue. Teachers of senior classes are good.
Individual attention na ke barabar hai. Teachers senior classes ke acche hain par junior ke nahi. 9th class ke baad ke liye thik hai bas
dps kpv’s video about parents being ill treated is quite famous(can see on fb or youtube). parents should be prudent enough, only good for very senior classes like 9th onward
I feel the school has really good infra and since hr dept is also there, it is better. individual attention is bit of an issue but staff is good.
Patents would be lucky if the child manages to get individual attention in the school. Senior teachers are good.
Number of students per class are on higher side, there will be few bright students and the rest will be left behind. thats the impression i got during their online classes for my child.

Is DPS NOida extension opening ?
Yes they are opening for next session and are taking admissions
Is DPS KP V will open for this session i.e 2020 -2021
Please advise if i should go for dwps or dps. both are not very far. both are good on academics but i feel fees of dwps is more also because facilities are more in dwps
Dwps had bettee average result in cbse as compared to dps greater noida.
School campus is good. Exepected to be good on academics but number of students in class are more hence less individual attention
I visited the under construction building and it looks all set for next session. New teachers are being inducted. It is already giving good competition to schools nearby. I guess for people looking for traditional schools, this is an option worth exploring. Else go for new age schools.
Staff is experienced. Individual attention is not offered to child though.
School infra is still under development. The infra is big but the school is quite inside main road and a tad unsafe looking. Didn’t find it comfortable location.
Infrastructure of the school is expected to be good but still there is a year for infra to complete. But it is only for those looking for academics only. Since class sizes are big.
