    Myself B P VERMA, presently residing in nagpur maharashtra after retirement in my daughters house. I booked flat in Kosmos wish town with jaypee infratech ltd noida. Almost 95% payment have been made upto August 2017 of the cost. M/s Jaypee has levied interest of ₹ 5.06 lac on the instalment due with out any intimation served on me, on being asked from the office it was informed that intimation was given on a defunct mail. Whereas a SOA was served in February 2013 against which instalment was paid along with change of address. As per allotment letter the payment was to be made under CLP plan these instalments are raised between March – May 13th for the construction of roof of 3rd, 6th 9th & top floor which is technically not physible.       No, since its for commercial purpose. Wait for 2-3 months. You can complaint in RERA office which is both for residential and commercial properties.
