Flipkart – The best way to find product reviews

We have compared various e-commerce websites in India previously and had concluded that Flipkart is the best of all. The reasons are generally attributed to its supremacy with regards to its product base and customer centric approach. However, Flipkart is also a perfect source of finding product reviews.

Flipkart in comparison to its competitors boasts of a significant customer review database. With an average of 100 odd reviews per product on Flipkart, what better could a customer look at for seeking reviews.

In order to see reviews for a product, all that a customer needs to do is to search for the product, then go to reviews section (at bottom for browser version and in between for mobile app) for the product. Users can sort reviews by its recency or relevancy (default sorted by relevancy). Just go through and decide whats best for you.

Based on the ratings by customers, Flipkart also lists the average rating for the product that goes a long way in helping consumers swiftly compare products.

We compared the quality of reviews and likely genuineness of the reviews and found it much superior in comparison to its competitors including Snapdeal and Amazon.
