Maintenance agencies in Delhi NCR

We all know that maintenance agencies play a critical role in ensuring upkeep and management of common areas and facilities.
With the ever growing horizon of things covered under maintenance, keeping a professional maintenance agency has become the need of the hour. The same are employed by builders and RWAs alike.
It also helps keep builder dominance in day to day activities under control.

We discuss and review some of the well known Maintenance agencies of Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida):

JLL (Jones Lang Lasalle) – The group is considered the most professional of all maintenance agencies operating in the region.
The group is primarily operating and looking at the maintenance of societies in Indirapuram, Faridabad and Gurgaon.
DLF in Gurgaon, RPS in Faridabad, Orange county in Indirapuram are the few prominent ones.
The general upkeep of the compound under the aegis of the agency are said to be satisfactory.
The maintenance charges are on the higher side.

Cushman & wakefield india – The group is active in Faridabad and Gurgaon other than down south. Again this is quite professional in its service offerings. Orris in Gurgaon is using its services for one.
The feedback is average.
Maintenance charges are on higher side.

Knight frank – This is another professionally managed group that is primarily operational in Gurgaon. Mahindra apartments in Gurgaon are using its services. The feedback is average and the group seems to be evolving as it grows its employee strength.
The maintenance charges are again on higher side.

Welbros – The group is quite active in Ghaziabad and Noida. Omaxe in Noida and Faridabad, Krishna apra and Designarch in Indirapuram have employed Welbros. The newer breed of employees in the group are said to be lacking the experience but general feedback is satisfactory.
Maintenance charges are above normal.

Apart from the above, many builders are also running their proxy maintenance agencies. Hence, it is critical for owners to do a background check for the same.
