Livability analysis of Noida upcoming sectors

We have received multiple queries from our readers to understand the current situation of Noida sectors from end use perspective. As a means to gather data, we had filed RTIs at Noida authority to find out the status of official registration count from different upcoming sectors in Noida.
Based on the RTI response and residents of these sectors who have recently moved in, we have come up with the livability status chart for the upcoming sectors:

LocationRegistries done rounded to nearest ten (till January 15, 2015)Approximate populationConveyance available?Daily needs item?Livability indexSociety name where people moved in

We are yet to receive RTI response on few sectors, such a data is marked as ‘Not available’.
What the above may also indicate is that many builders have offered possession without getting the occupancy certificate from the authority.

7X is decently populated now and most of the societies have convenience shopping options inside. Metro work however is making travelling on DSC road a little tough.
Sector 137 situation is similar. Expressway on the other hand is seeing slow progress. Sector 110, 100, 105, 107 though are fairly advanced on livability front. Sector 135 is the next best sector but lack of convenience shopping is a dampener.

Paras Tiena & Gulshan Vivante are the brightest projects in this sector. Gulshan Vivante current rate is 6000/- per sq.ft, However, Rates will go 8000/- per sq. ft in just two years, Metro is coming hardly 500 meters from this sector, Infosys is coming hardly 2kM’s from this sector,
HCL, Accenture Corporate SEZ are already very near..
This is the much brightest sector.

Sector 37 has better scope than any other sector of Expressway, Infosys is coming hardly 2kM’s from Sector 137.
Educational Sector is exactly opposite, Very near to HCL SEZ and Corporate parks. Bright scope of this sector, Sure prices will go @8000/- in coming two years in this sector particularly.

Thanks for writing to us. Just a correction, perhaps you meant sector 137 (first line).
