Before you read the complete list of Best schools in Ghaziabad 2018, it is important that parents realize that there is no binary in school education system. A school can not be simply classified as good or bad just because a survey comes up with particular perception of the school. A lot depends upon the kid’s upbringing prior to schooling and a lot depends upon the kid himself/herself. At the same time, before searching for a school, clarity of thoughts is essential. Answers to these questions are a must have: Do you feel the child is smart and confident enough and only needs a right academic direction? Do you feel all that the child needs is to grow in confidence? Do you feel child needs to find a career in sports or other extra co-curricular opportunities? Do you feel you can put the extra hard work by taking your kid to coaching/training in sports/music etc. during non-school hours? or Do you feel the child needs to have a strong like minded company? If you have answers to all these questions, this Survey could help you since we divide a particular School’s rating based on individual parameters and then we come up with overall ratings based on a well researched weightage given to these parameters.
This year, along with SchoolBrainer, we researched around 60 schools in Ghaziabad. Ratings for few of these schools are primarily based on lineage, prospective parent’s feedback, planned/current infrastructure and submitted survey form, if applicable.
This year, we have re-adjusted our calculation of overall ratings for the school. We have taken 20% of Academics, 20% of Safety/Security and 20% of Individual attention to child as key parameters for overall ratings. These parameters are given highest weightage based on an online Survey we had run 3 months back. Other than these parameters, 15% of Co-curricular, 10% of Extra-curricular and 5% each of ‘Parents-Teacher Interaction’, ‘Infrastructure’ and ‘Teacher Welfare’ have been considered. The Survey for best schools in Ghaziabad 2018 took the following into consideration:
- Ratings/Reviews for schools given at individual school links given at https://go4reviews.in/2017/01/survey-of-ghaziabad-schools-2016-2017/
- Survey form submitted by schools (only 15 of 60 schools didn’t respond to requests and for such cases, the weight-age of consideration # 3 was extended)
- Parents Feedback and Desk Survey
- SchoolBrainer’s Social Sentiment Analytics
‘Survey Form’ and ‘Parents Feedback and Desk Survey’ constituted 30% each while ‘Online Survey’ and ‘Social Analytics’ constituted 20% each.
The schools were surveyed on following parameters:
- Academics – Defined by principal/headmistress/academic coordinator lineage, average experience level of teachers, criteria for employment.
- Individual attention to child – Defined by Student Teacher Ratio, Parents Feedback.
- Safety/Security – Defined by Safety measures at Gates, CCTVs, Number of Floors, flooring/pool/play area safety, Bus safety standards, Parents Feedback.
- Infrastructure – Defined by facilities/amenities and quality of infra.
- Parents involvement – Defined by PTMs, Number of Events where parents are invited, Parents Feedback.
- Co-curricular -Defined by Intra and Inter school Events conducted, Parents Feedback.
- Extra curricular -Defined by Intra and Inter school Events conducted, Association with Play academies, Play area infra, Parents Feedback.
- Teacher Welfare -Number of holidays for teachers, average working hours, Teacher Welfare Survey feedback.
Note: The collective points were rounded off to nearest multiple of 5. Where the Total points for two or more schools were same, Schools that rank high on Academics was ranked higher overall.

Another solid result by Dpsgi in class XII CBSE results and Dpsg Meerut road student has topped in India. Also dps Indirapuram has excellent student average score in the region. Good going Ghaziabad schools
Dpsg international is a good school that has come up in Dasna area. They are focussing on overall development unlike Dpsg Meerut road.
I don’t think DPS Meerut road is good for those children who join there late. It is absolutely good for those who join since junior grade.

Yes it’s an ok school (ddps). Not so good in cocurricular or sports. Average academics.
Can any one know how is silver line prestige school , any view over it
My child went to the school last year. Sports activities are less and there is an attempt to overdiscipline. Teachers don’t put extra efforts to provide individual attention. But some teachers are fine.

I feel dps indirapuram is good and so are fee more schools like SAJ. Dps ghaziabad meerut Road is the best for results while dpsgi looks good for overall growth perspective.

DPS indirapuram is better when it comes to academics. Indirapuram school focuses more on activities.

Ingraham is a very old school but it lost its sheen several years back when it’s teachers moved for better options in well paying schools. Not advised for junior classes.

How is St Schiller’s school in Raj Nagar?
Good academics wise but additional activities are very limited.

Admissions had started in September first week. Generally they get over in a month for junior classes

Kdb is very traditional in nature. Teachers are experienced but not easily approachable. I wont suggest for junior classes.
How is DPS HRIT, DPS Raj nagar extn and Sanskar world schools. I have to choose one of these.
Among these, DPS Raj Nagar extension has the best faculty. Sanskar is most approachable. DPS hrit is decent. But if you consider holistic development, DPS Raj Nagar extension from DPS Indirapuram group is the best. The only issue is that it is bit inside.
I wonder why schools of Ghaziabad are lowly ranked in the country. They have the best staff and staff that simply sticks to the school. Any particular reason why Gurgaon and Noida schools rank higher?
Kindly consider a comparison between Sanskar world l, GD Goenka, DPS and other schools in Raj Nagar extension. Also need to understand how is Schiller’s school.

Schiller international is a good school. My child goes to 3rd class there and loves going to school and has grown in confidence. Academics wise though it is average. Not excellent.

How is arwachin school?
Arwachin is a traditional school that likes giving exposure to kids to extra-curricular activities. however it needs to focus on co-curricular part as well. also, principal and admin needs to be more approachable.
