No increase in circle rates for Group Housing in Greater Noida this year

District Revenue department has left the circle rates of all types of properties in Greater Noida static this year. This includes Group Housing, Residential (plotted), Institutional and Commercial property. This was attributed to the worst ever slump in residential real estate market in the Delhi NCR region. Administration has also been unable to promote industries and institutions in the region and hence the circle rates for the same have also remain untouched.

Buyers though in general are unhappy about the circle rates remaining static. Many feel that circle rates ought to be reduced like has been done in Gurgaon to bring it in sync with the deteriorating real estate prices in the region.
