Mandatory facilities to be provided by builder in a group housing society
The building bye laws for a group housing society mandates certain Education, Health, Social, Shopping, Community and Utility facilities depending upon the planned population on the plot.
As per the bye laws in Noida and Greater Noida region, below are the default norms for mandatory facilities that a builder needs to provision for in a group housing society. The same are defined based on expected population on the plot (generally ball park figure of 4*number of flats is taken).

The authority may allow more number of non-commercial facilities like recreational club and community center etc within the permissible limit of FAR.
Hence, please note that the additional requirements of facilities as mentioned in lease deed (if any) would supersede the bye laws.
