Both are good but infrastructure of Pacific is much better. Also, junior teachers are more caring in pacific. That is what I felt. Please note I am a parent at Pacific world school so I may be biased.

Clearly dpws is the best wrt teacher quality and hence academics. Also the inter school exposure too is the best there. Pacific is very good from caring and individual attention and sports and noble teaching practices. But Pacific and lvis both are not as good on staff quality.

I disagree with your opinion about the staff of Pacific. The school has already topped in terms of review from Times and other platform merely in 2 years of time without compromising in fee. They provided 2 computer teacher,3 art and craft teacher ,2 female permanent swimming coaches,2 dance teacher teacher apart from the subject experts and class teachers. The teacher student ration of the entire school is less than 1:14. The only school paying 7th commission itself says about the quality of teachers they will hiring .DPWS will surely have good teaching staff as they are a senior secondary school with PGT teachers but their junior level teachers and the frontdesk or admin staff is far below average.

Join the discussion…I am a parent at Pacific world school and hence I may be biased here. Last to last year, I was in same dilemma and visited all schools near Gaur city. I liked LVIS and Pacific the most. GIIS is good in infra but you can clearly figure out the teacher quality when compared with LVIS and Pacific. LVIS and Pacifc have a very good staff but infrastructure of Pacific is much much better. Also, teachers and principal are quite approachable as well.

I would suggest you to personally visit schools and see for yourself. Talk to many parents and seek feedback. It is about your child’s future. These data can be manipulated as you want. For example, a simple look at their website, Pacific and Lotus Valley are upto 8th standard. While Pacific has only 37 teachers, Lotus Valley has 59 teachers. It may be because more students are studying in lotus valley or pacific has less teacher to student ratio. Data can be manipulated as you want it to be. Please take first hand experience. Ask if schools allow any demo classes.

I agree with you that parents must visit the shortlisted school before taking any decision but the ranking shown here will be helpful as this will restrict you to visit too many schools unnecessarily and getting confused and exhausted .As I personally has visited almost all school given on this list found only Pacific allowing to visit and see the classroom in school working hours. They insist you to meet teachers and co-coordinators to understand curriculum and then register for further process.

Personally, I didnt find the staff as experienced as some other schools. Also competition right now is fierce and their 12k per.month fees does not make sense for this region.

Undoubtedly Pacific is the best school in the region but is costly. For someone who can bear maximum of 6-7k per month for a child in class V, which option is advised please?

Very Interesting. Top 2 schools have advertisements on this website. No doubt they would be in Top 2. Whom are you fooling? It is a give and take relationship. School advertised on your website and you rank them No 1 and No 2.

Parents, do you want to rely on this?

Sir/Madam, I can certainly see conflict of interest. I am not in Education domain or nor even have any interest with these school rankings. Would have been great if you would have put out how you ranked a particular school 85 or 90. It is for your own sincerity and Goodwill. But then I know not many people take feedback positively. By allowing comments like “haters” being moderated and approved by you is a serious threat to any constructive conversation here. So carry on. Life is a business anyways.

Strange. At first place, we could have blocked your comment but because we believe in transparency, it’s there. And so we do allow others to share their views too unless they are breaking our rules. We are yet to receive a response from you basis of which you commented the schools advertising here are on top of rankings. What about other schools advertising with us. We have around 10 schools from the region itself who want to advertise with us but unable to do so because of space. Do you think we even need to be biased here. Our bread and butter is the strenuous survey exercise we do. No other website or survey would give you details and rationale to the extent to which we share publically with our readers. Believe if some parent having good experience with us, gives such comments, he or she actually means it.

Are you from some competing school? Because this website seems to be the most genuine website to me. every school calls themselves big and following certain methodologies which they have no knowledge about. only the first 3 schools given here are genuinely good. compare their or their parent schools too. they have best academic results.

Seems Arjun you are commenting even without looking at the whole article. Please look at the coverage, rationale and process of rankings. School # 1 and 3 are ranked basis of the results of their parent schools combined with the experience level of teachers. Fyi both schools have around 25-35% teachers from their parent school which is substantial.

True , they haven’t got any board result and if you are not aware then please do a survey before putting up a comment almost all school in this region are running their 4th or 5th session max and yet to give result. Many schools have got affiliation last year and reached for X. Ryan,Aster, DPWS to name few who got class X. This ranking is not based on class X ,its the performance of the functional classes as feedback received by parents and the result of the Parent school etc.
