What The Infinity School Noida extension  says:

The Infinity School is a child-centric school where all our school policies, curriculum & pedagogies are centred around children. We offer the lowest student-teacher ratio in GNW, smaller class sizes & other personalized interventions (like structured feedback, one-on-one interactions, PPDs -progress & plan discussions with parents, fortnightly updates, etc.) so that every child gets individual attention. Personalized & differentiated learning for all students. A well-rounded, thinking curriculum including game-based learning, STEAM and robotics for developing essential life skills. We follow a curiosity-driven thinking curriculum, coupled with differentiated learning assignments to ensure that all students are on the same platform, get a chance to participate in class & take charge of their learning. Higher-order thinking skills are developed in students every day, through Robotics, game-based learning, STEAM, sports & performing arts (Indian classical & western music, Indian & western dancing, drama, art, painting, etc.). Infra especially indoor is very good. But teachers are not as good as some of the other schools in region have. Class sizes have also increased over last 3-4 years

Best part of the school is its internal infra but staff seems directionless. my kid was studying since last 2 years but there is a bit of rigidness in not accepting parent’s feedback on curriculum issues.

    Madam/Sir,

pls refer the enclosed document of the withdrawal policy ,it was already intimated that that no such terms & and conditions were communicated before the admission nor the enclosed documents contained my signature. It seems that by imposing such term and conditions you are imposing the exist barriers for the customers who are unsatisfied from your poor services.Kindly refer the consumer protection act 2019, and for your unlawful act for deduction of the caution deposit i will register the complaint under the consumer protection act 2019. Kindly refer the section 11 of the CPA 2019 pasted below:

    image.png

Kindly also note that for the Transportation fee there were noting nothing mentioned on the fee structure for 2022-23 that it will increase or fluctuate on the basis of the CNG price. Moreover you were refuse to share the break up for the fuel cost in the total transportation cost for analysing the justification to arbitrarily increased transportation cost by you

Withdrawal of my child was purely due to your deficient services and refusing to share/showing the CCTV footage of the incident dated 02 Aug 2022 to examine the situation and its impact on my child. My daughter was suffering from a very high fever when she was dropped , I think your staffs are poorly trained to understand the implications of the high fever on the kids brain. Multiple occasions babies were urinated and potty in dress/cloth due to long transportation time and inappropriate handling i.e. sending them to toilet before boarding on the bus.

Pls also find enclosed the email dated 13 December 2022.

    Thanks & Regards

Recently I visited the Infinity school for the admission of my child in K.G. After having 1st interaction and filling up the registration form, I got a call from the school for assessment round of the child, they took the child inside just for 15-20 mins, they neither check his academics nor asked the child anything verbally. They gave me the feedback that the child needs personal attention which they won’t be able to provide, when I asked them to explain the same in detail they told me that the child was not following the instruction and on the basis of this parameter they can’t proceed with the admission process, I completely understand that there should have an interaction of child with the instructor but judging a child on these parameters without checking their academics is not at all fair, I mean how could they expect from a kid of 4 years to follow instructions, children couldn’t go to school for about a year and I wanted to get the admission in K.G and was not looking for the admission of my child in 9th or 10th standard, I don’t understand what they are expecting from a child of 4 years. I would have been happier if they have taken his written test and checked how well he is in academics and instead of taking him to a play area for assessment, they should have taken the child to any classroom, because I never got such feedback from his current school that he doesn’t pay attention in class and doesn’t listen to teacher, he is good in academics and even he is good at reading also. Such feedback for a 4 year child from a school like Infinity is very disappointing. I believe, they need to change their assessment criteria for Nursery and Prep. because the child of this age group have just started learning things and that is the reason we send our child to school. It was not expected from Infinity.

Yes, if fees is reduced, it is good school. Can’t say much about secondary classes though

Its a good school provided they reduce their fees. Also need to avoid taking interviews of young children. Its good to have an interaction but finding worth of a child in one interaction is not understood.

School needs to reduce fees especially for online classes. Biggest plus of the school and even online classes is the class size is small so individual attention is good. but real progress can be seen only when physical classes start…

The school is run by IIM Alumni raising hopes that it will be good. Principal is decent as well. But there is very little infrastructure this year and teachers are ordinary. I think next year we could judge this school better. That is what I felt after visiting the school for my kid.

I was a bit skeptical before enrolling my child in the school since it has just started and my little boy was going to switch from playschool to Pre-nursery. Had many doubts as a parent of a toddler, but after having him here for over 3 months, I’m glad I went with this school. The best thing I liked about The Infinity School is that they don’t have more than 10-20 children in each class and also that they pay attention to every minute detail and make it a point to report it back to the parents. Hoping they keep up with it in higher classes too.

What I don’t like about the school is it is acting as a play school and there is lack of vision about secondary education. The school staff is more into blogging and stuff and looks less hands-on. The principal though is experienced but I feel the over involvement of its management is not helping the school. This is per my experience with school.

I got my child admitted to the school because of the strong commitment of their director who is an IIM passout. He explained to me how they will develop a reading habit in my child which I think is very important. The school is trying to do the right things for children and I hope they will do what they have said. Lastly I found them to be sincere and honest in their approach so far.

The principal is good and has been associated with primary schooling and hence primary classes shall be well managed. But I have my doubts wrt how senior classes especially IV onwards.
