Teacher Welfare Survey Noida and Greater Noida

Go4Reviews in association with SchoolBrainer had invited survey forms from school teachers in the month of August/September for Teacher Welfare Survey for Delhi NCR. We are thankful to the teacher fraternity for having participated with spirit in the survey. In our first edition, we are bringing to you the Teacher Welfare Survey results for Noida and Greater Noida. This would soon be followed up Gurgaon/Faridabad/Ghaziabad Survey results.

Teachers preferred participating in the survey on anonymous basis and there were more negative feedback than positive ones. It is sad to hear about various problems that private school teachers are facing today. Some major problems pointed out by teachers are:
1) Underpaid.
2) Paid less than what is given on papers.
3) Extreme work pressure.
4) Involving teachers in non academic activities which as per boards like CBSE is a norm violation now.
5) Harassment at work.

Nonetheless, what we feature here are the schools that did most well on Teacher welfare.

We covered Noida, Greater Noida main and Greater Noida West (noida extension) as part of the survey. Please note that central schools/government schools were not considered for the survey since private schools cant beat the benefits provided by the center/state government schools. The results are based on parameters like Welfare schemes for teachers (like ward admission/leisure activities and other perks), work load, overall work culture and salaries. Given below is the outcome of Teacher Welfare Survey Noida and Greater Noida:

RankSchoolWelfare schemesPay masterWork cultureLess Work load

Clearly, DPS teachers appear to be the most satisfied of all.
