Go4Reviews take:

The Delhi World public school Noida extension (previously know as DPWS or Delhi public world school Noida extension before Dec, 18)  has a strong faculty of teachers mostly from Amity International and DPS Schools of Noida and Delhi. The infrastructure is good and its one of the most active schools on co-curricular and extra curricular activities. Some concerns have been raised on safety but school looks keen to do better. Pool, indoor playground are cushioned and emergency services have been improved. The school recently got affiliated to CBSE at a time when getting affiliation has become a more stringent process. This could be an indication of a strong foundation.

We visited the school in Dec, 2019 for a first hand experience. Please find the video here:

First, I was a bit skeptic about the school since its bit far from my home. But, then 2 year since, I really like the school. School focuses on different child in a different manner, helping them to come up to speed. no wonder board results are best in entire Noida extension.

The school is nice. Infra is thoughtful but not that modern…teachers are excellent and they lay special focus on pre primary classes which are right next to principal office. Fees is bit high but then teacher quality compensates for the same

School has improved upon safety and security by quite a lot on request of parents. STaff was already excellent. Hall infra can improve considering fees charged.

Senior teachers are quite good, but junior teachers are unable to give individual attention to all the kids. They can probably increase number of classes and reduce class size.

School can do better for pre-primary classes but it is undoubtedly the best school in the region right now for secondary classes with the best result in may be entire Greater noida.

School is good because of its teachers which are the most experienced among any other schools. Other schools, you will find a good principal or academic coordinator but here you have separate leadership for primary, secondary which makes the organization much better. They have improved over last few years and now boast of best faculty. Infra is ok, nothing great but exposure to co-curricular and inter school activities is immense.

They are truly holistic school. Teachers are very experienced especially 6th class onwards. Sometimes they overdo activities. May be a good idea to keep it optional.

I am a happy parent of DWPS. Staff is the best and school had the best average result in board exams in entire Greater Noida in fact. If academics is your priority, this school is the best option without much thought. Teachers may not be very approachable though principal is good.

Teacher quality is really good when compared to other schools. Perhaps only lvis or Pacific is next to it. They have also improved upon their safety and security standards. New hall and more sports section has been introduced. Undoubtedly the best school in the region for senior classes starting class V.

School is planning to provide younger sibling a 50% discount on fees through out the school if the elder sibling is completing class 12 from the school. Sounds good unlike other schools that provide just a one time relief.

The school did well this year. It recently got cbse affiliation for class XI /XII as well. Also, exposure to international students has also been maintained well with French students visiting soon. So, cocurricular wise its been good. On academics, board X result will be the best indication though.

Strong leadership and senior academic staff. The children are given opportunities to express. The safety front has also seen lot of improvement over last 2 years. With new grounds that have come up, sports infra has also gone a notch up. Only thing they need to do is to focus on a good balance between academics and activities. Sometimes latter gets priority which may not be right.

They focus a lot on extra curricular activities. They are also international award winner. But even while teachers are good, stress is a bit less on academics. So, we approached principal and she says she will work on it.

PWS is a very good school. I am very happy with my daughter’s progress. She is getting lot of exposure. its not like they have to go to international trip. rather, international and national delegates and children are greeted my daughter at the school. faculty wise, very strong and one of the best. infra wise, its decent, still needs to improve. Safety wise, lot of improvement seen since last year.

I have chosen this school over Lotus valley this year. I am happy with my kid’s performance so far. The Principal and headmistress are the most experienced of all schools (just Aster’s principal has similar experience). They are giving bridge classes to children who have shifted in middle level classes to bring all at same level.

What I like about the school as parent is since last year, they have made a conscious attempt to keep things simple. Their vision is very strong and clear and I have seen a lot of improvement on safety front during last session. I hope they continue strong. I don’t think any school other than Lotus could have such senior staff in their ranks. Splendid team.

Similarly some other staff members at senior position are also very strong and focused with great vision.

One of the best in the region. Once complete infra is ready, it will have enough avenues and capacity. Best on academics and co-curricular among established schools.

My child goes to class 2 in DPWS. Here is my feedback about the school:
    1) Best teaching staff in entire region, possibly better than even ones in main Greater Noida. The new headmistress hails from Genesis global and the Principal has served more than 20 years at Amity. Same goes for other staff members at administrative positions. This is definitely the best faculty if someone is looking for a long term option.
    2) Initially there were concerns about safety but since last one year, they have done a lot of satisfactory work and parents are mostly convinced about the improvement done.
    3) its good to see child developing confidence. the exposure given to child is one of the best you can think of.
    4) unlike other schools that talk of innovative or experiential teaching, teachers are all well trained and have gone through international course in experiential training making sure teachers understand what and how to teach
    5) since last one year, they have also significantly improved on approachability part and hear parents feedback and work on it.

my son is studying there in class KG and I am quite impressed with their way of teaching. excellent exposure, most experienced teachers. last week they roped in headmistress with around 20 years of teaching experience including genesis global. some more staff is being augmented. parents are free to interact and are communicated of each and every happening. the senior class staff is infact the best of any school in Noida including upcoming ones like lotus valley. most of them are from dps, amity fraternity. but, the senior class stuff is more of what I felt after seeing senior kids. they are quite impressive and confident when compared to any other schools nearby.

This school has the most qualified staff among any other established schools in the region. It gives equal stress on academics and other activities. Lotus and pacific would give them a fight in academics but it will take them at least 3-4 years to come to level of where DPWS is today.
