Greater Noida – Form A and Layout/Sanction plan for builder projects
Greater Noida authority launched the much needed medium to bring transparency to buyers and owners of projects in its jurisdiction. Greater Noida authority has hosted the Layout plans, Sanction plans and Form A (also called deed of declaration) for builder projects in Greater Noida. A big credit to this development goes to buyer’s association NEFOWA that have been fighting for the cause since a couple of years at least now.
This brings a big relief to buyers who have to run every nook and corner to get building plan, approved amenities and facilities and other essential details that builder(s) have been denying.

Noida Authority is also doing the digitization of all non-confidential private builder documents and is soon expected to host the same as well.

Its a new builder and given the current situation, there is risk involved. better go with reputed builder providing good quality there. you will have to spend a few extra bucks that would be of great help to you in future.
