Transfer charges for group housing flats in Noida
Post registry of a flat, any transfer of a group housing flat invites transfer charges that need to be paid to the registrar office.
Transfer charge by default is 5 % of allotment rate for the plot. The allotment rate is different from circle rate. Allotment rate defines the rate at which authority allots the plot to the said beneficiary.
