Launching Residence Review

We are launching Residence review section for our users to share their views and experiences about a residence whether it be an independent home/flat or a floor.

The idea is to achieve the following:

1) Help prospective tenants get the right feedback about a society or residence before they put their hard earned money in it.
2) Help buyers looking for resale accommodation to get genuine reviews related to the society or residence they are putting their money into.

The only thing we request the users is to be truthful.

The user interface is plain and nothing jazzy. Hope to see you there!!!

Like always, will wait for your valuable feedback.

Myself Amit gupta currently residing in Gardenia Square, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad wanted to comment on general overview of crossings republik and gardenia sqaure.
While CR is one of the better places to live in delhi ncr region and the security, facilities and peace is unparalleled to any of the places in the same budget, the CR has virtually suffered from overcrowding. The delay in widening of NH24 and metro projects has severely hampered the connectivity for daily commuters. The CR is undoubtedly located at the heart of popular places giving delhi, noida, ghaziabad and western UP cities a fair chance to call for by private vehicle.
Coming onto Gardenia builder and the society Gardenia Square in general is a decent bid and ia doing fairly ok with the acceptability as a buyer.
While all the hard work has been done to set up and maintain a global society CR , the efforts to maintain it and make an unmatched residence hub is certainly missing by the builders and by various inexperienced RWA.
If you are looking for a place to live,CR is f
Definitely a good pick but if you are looking for a place to invest for future, DONOT go for it.
Last piece of advise, ONLY invest in ready to move properties
    Best regards
