Studio apartment options in Noida/Greater Noida/Yamuna Expressway

During the last couple of years, the concept of Studio apartments has managed to find takers in Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna expressway regions for its cheaper login price and potential liquidity.
However, the extent of supply has definitely surpassed the demand.
We discuss below some of the available studio apartments in the region for benefit of all:

Wave city studio sector 25/32 noida – Great location, expected to yield good return but possession could be far. Invest if comfortable waiting for returns till next 5 years.
Available at 50 to 55 Lacs.

Paramount golfforeste studio UPSIDC near Sec Zeta – Comes under UPSIDC.Ordinary location but being near some big factories, could invite some takers. It is however unlikely to give good monthly rental given its location.
Available at approx. 17 to 19 Lacs.

Gaur Yamuna city Yamuna e-way – Faces stiff competition from others like Jaypee and other mixed land use options in the region. Next decade end would be a test for its true potential.
Available at approx. 20 Lacs.

Jaypee greens buddh circuit studio Yamuna e-way– Better than other residential projects with studio set up. However, the immense number of studio apartments could be a turn off. Need at least 10 years for any real profit.
Available at 22 to 25 lacs.

OMG studio Noida expressway-Location is excellent but will have to wait for at least next 5 years for this project to take shape. Invest with caution. High risk high return investment.
Available at approx. 50 to 55 Lacs.

Logix zest sector 143 Noida-Good location. A good buy for investment window of 7-8 years. It faces stiff competition from within due to significantly high number of flats.
Available at approx. 25 Lacs.

Sikka 1bhk/studio 143 Noida-Good location but Logix zest is expected to have an upper hand always.
Available at approx. 25-27 Lacs.

Cosmic cruise Yamuna e-way-Launched more than 3 years back, it is still not sold out. The construction is slow thereby
leaving doubts in the minds of potential investors.

Jaypee Greens Klassic Studio Noida e-way-This however does not host an exclusively studio tower. Available only in large size (1000 sq ft +).

Eldeco studio sec 93 Noida-Already established and available in resale only.
Available at approx. 75 to 80 Lacs.

Supertech safari studio Yamuna e-way-Could only invite students and education fraternity for rental as this side of e-way has less of big corporates movement planned.
Available at approx. 17 to 20 Lacs.

Supertech ecociti Studio sec 137 Noida-Well located. However, it will have to wait till sector 90 develops to grow to its full potential and that means at least next 5 years.
Available at approx. 25 Lacs.

Paras Tierea Studio sec 137 Noida-A great location which can yield return in next 2-3 years considering 30-40% of project is delivered.
Available at approx. 27 Lacs.

Lotus Zing Studio sec 168 Noida-A good buy at the price point considering its location potential. Delivery expected in next 2 to 3 years.
Available at approx. 27-28 Lacs.
