Floor suggestion for a multi-storeyed apartment

The choice of floors in a multi-storeyed apartment is tricky.
While lower floors have more issues of drainage blockage, insects and noise, higher floors have ever-growing issues of lift faults, water pipes breaking due to extreme pressure and even falls in very worst cases.
We believe that the choice for floors in a multi-storeyed apartment shall generally be governed by an individual’s liking. However, there may be circumstances where its a 50-50 situation and a potential buyer looks up to others for advises.
