Wave city project at NH24 in Ghaziabad is one of the most visionary project in the region. With established Ashiana, almost complete Landcraft project and a reasonably good hospital in close proximity, the area has already being liked by many. The project comprises of flats, floors, plots and villa and in itself has been marred with delays and it is only in recent times, that some renewed interest in the project can be seen.
Lets discuss the Pros and Cons:
1) Excellent planning. The project has a very futuristic vision and if implemented as planned, will be an extremely self sufficient township.
2) Better than average location within Ghaziabad. Location is excellent just next to nh24. With expansion of nh24 a given at some point, this could be sought after location in future.
3) Better than Average quality for the price point. The plaster quality looks robust while finishing is average.
1) Extremely delayed. Launched almost 7-8 years back, only few plots have been delivered so far. Bigger size floors are next in waiting.
