Stamp duty calculation for flat in Greater Noida

Here is another information that we hope will help you plan your finances better if you have a flat in Greater Noida (that includes Noida Extension now better known as Greater Noida West). We assure you that such a precise calculator is not available online.
As part of the stamp duty calculator for Greater Noida, it is assumed that any group housing society coming up nowadays has all these promised facilities viz. power backup, security, club, swimming pool, lift, gym. Hence, a surcharge of 12% will be applicable.
To get to the exact stamp duty you would have to bear, just provide the mandatory information in the boxes below and final stamp duty due would be auto-calculated.

Dear as per your calculation my stamp duty is 169868, however as per builder lawyer it is 175344.

Flat size 1027sqft(super area)
Floor-14th(top)
BSP rate (3366/sq. ft) including all charges with 1 covered parking.
50,000 power backup charges.

Here it is calculating on super area? Isn’t it incorrect?
It is always calculated on saleable area which is super area (as it includes undivided share in non-limited common areas).

Circle rate comes out to be 30000 per sqm

In Noida/Greater noida, it is irrelevant of joint/male/female allotment.
Registration amount is approx. 11k.
Could you please let me know what is the circle rate in Greater Noida, Gaur City (GC-1)? How much we need to pay for 1100 sq ft. flat on ground floor?

Gaur city 1 falls in sector 4 of greater noida. Circle rate can be found from https://go4reviews.in/2014/12/circle-rates-for-greater-noida-group-housing-society/
It is 32000 psm for sector 4.
Stamp duty can thereafter be calculated using https://go4reviews.in/2014/12/stamp-duty-calculation-for-flat-in-greater-noida/
For given case, it would be approx. 2 lacs. Rs. 198137 to be precise.
