There is big anomaly in the area on which stamp duty is to be calculated. Who will certificate the carpet area, or the covered area, or the super area on which duty is to be charged. As the builder declared areas are all glade unverified, not certified, inflated and fake. Authority only passes and approved FAR unit area. Builder declared areas are fake, illegal. Authority is mum on it. Why?

Please clarify if basic cost (say Rs.38,33,500) is Already more than the Circle rate value (say Rs.29,98,000) even then is it compulsory to add covered car parking charges (3Lalk) to basic cost to calculate Stamp duty? In such case whether Stamp duty can be calculated leaving Covered car parking basic cost being already more than Circle rate value without addition of parking? if yes, whether it in any way affects car parking rights of the person or violate Stamp/Registration duty law?
