    Could you please suggest which of the projects to opt for.. budget is between 80 to 90 lac

    1. Gulshan Vivante – 1586 Sqft – Sec 137 (ready for posession)

    2. Exotica 1586 Sqft – Sec 137 (ready for posession)

    3. Gaur Sportwood – 1690 sqft – Sec 78 (posession in 2 yrs)

    4. Aldeco Aaamantran – 1560 Sqft (ready for posession in few months)

    5. Victory Ace

    6. Gaur Saundaryram
    And could you suggest which of these is better or some other property which i should opt for. Basically something which has a good location, appreciation will be good and project quality/luxury is good.

      Couple of phases are delivered. Construction quality is average. however, open areas are done well, maintenance is just average again. shops within complex are expected within 3 months.
